The Experience
Seekers are welcomed into a self-led ritual—one that guides them through reflection, embodiment, and presence.
As participants move through the Gate, they engage with their own challenges not as problems to fix,
but as riddles to explore. Insights are offered to the Sphinxes and woven into an evolving collective artwork—transforming personal reflection into shared, collective wisdom.
Why?
We’re rarely given space to show up fully—- and even less space to honor the hard parts of ourselves.
The Sphinx Gate fills this gap by offering a transformative threshold: a place where reflection becomes witnessed, personal growth feels mythic, and mental wellness becomes more engaging, accessible, and even fun.

A Living Traveling Threshold
The Sphinx Gate premiered at Burning Man 2025, where thousands of participants engaged in a self-led continuously operating experience, demonstrating its ability to hold depth at scale. Now, the Gate is ready to travel—adapting to new sites, communities, and scales while preserving the integrity of the threshold experience.
